Event management system ems ems is the room reservation system for haas students faculty and staff. The business library provides a variety of spaces for group and quiet study. Drop in use is welcome but priority will be given to groups with reservations and drop in users must relinquish the room if another group has a reservation for that time. Use it to reserve group study rooms conference rooms and event spaces access to spaces may be limited by status and affiliation and may be subject to approval by the haas event space management group.

For all other on campus events you may reserve a room in the event and space management system. The haas school building designed by the renowned architect charles moore is a mini campus of three connected buildings set around a central courtyard. The buildings were designed to create a sense of community by fostering business and educational interactions among students faculty staff and visitors. Carrels conversation allowed electrical outlets evening hours group study large tables public computer s quiet study standing workstation chemistry and chemical engineering library.

Requests for assistance services and resources may be limited at this time. Create a room reservation with ems. The arts library reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the group has not occupied the room within 15 minutes of the reservation start time.
